Excellent post- I’ll be a subscriber in a moment.

I personally get better results with the least amount of external motivation (no one yelling at me or guiding me through a fitness game). My goal is for lasting fitness and from what I’ve seen among my peers, once the class is over, or the novelty wears off, or the drill sergeant is out of the room, back they go to their old habits. Eat less and move more- that’s all I’ve been doing.

Thanks Steve! I’m able to feed off of the energy of others but I don’t need help with motivation. I know how to charge myself up!

It’ s nice to see others that are in this thing for the long haul, lasting fitness- lifestyle! Interesting point about the boot camp, this is why I find it necessary to view health and fitness as a process not a event; because when all the hype is gone, what remains?
