After three weeks of reading and surfing various blogs, I decided to begin with wordpress. I talked with friends, read articles and brain stormed ideas. I stumbled upon numerous blog sites because people tagged them in del.icio.us.
I spent time and energy trying to figure out a proper domain name. I spent to much time! Part of my aim with this blog will be to offer insight gained from my experience as a personal trainer, student and observer of life.

Miguel’s fitness to-do list:
1. Write a book on health & wholeness.
2. Come out w/ a workout video that encorporates a Walter Peyton-like aerobic activity of running up that hill or mountain, in the background of that pic.
3. Invent some form of fitness equipment to sell to the masses on: QVC; Home Shopping Network; Wal-Mart; Gold’s Gym, Etc.
4. Participate in a marathon or triathlon, etc.
Whatever on this list is true or not true, regardless, congratulations on even makin’ it this far, as far as having a blog setup & what not! Much love & God bless bro!
