This ab workout will bring the pain! well, a healthy pain from soreness.
Last December, friends introduced me to this effective and easy workout video that only took 8 min to complete. So I thought, “why not.â€
Listen up, I was in for a rude awakening, so don’t be surprised if you struggle to climb out of the bed tomorrow.
From mid December until sometime in March, Miguel followed this workout religiously. He wants your help; help keep him accountable!
Aim:
- Complete the workout 6 days per week
- Over the next 30days
- Only one day off
A few examples of how developing my core has enhanced my life:
- Feel stronger
- Notice the difference while running, swimming and sprinting.
- Increased speed
- Starting to see definition
The Workout
By the way, today was my second straight day completing the 8 min abs workout. To be honest, I was sore from yesterdays workout, so today was tough but I got through it!
