No…Coconut is on this list. I can do without the rest but I love coconut and use coconut oil daily. It really has gotten an undeserved bad rap, kind of like butter did years ago.
great post even with the coconut on the BAD list.

Robin, I need to add nuts and chocolate to my list of things I don’t wanna give up. I’ve learned to enjoy dark chocolate without tons of sugar and only a couple bites, which is huge for me, i could down an entire fund raiser candy bar in one sitting.

Paul, I hear ya! Unfortunately I’ve been stuck indoors for a year due to a broken ankle so I’m very much looking forward to some SUN and walking!
